Shipping Times
All items are made to order. Please allow 1-6 business days for production, plus 5-15 business days for shipping, for a total estimated delivery window of approximately 1-3 weeks depending on your location. International orders may take longer. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
All Sales Are Final
Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order – we’re happy to help with sizing questions before you buy at sk8pesbrand@gmail.com.
Defects, Damage, or Fulfillment Errors
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color shipped in error on our end), we will replace it or refund you.
To qualify, you must contact us at sk8pesbrand@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

- Ordering the wrong size or color at checkout
- Change of mind after purchase
- Normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, contact us at sk8pesbrand@gmail.com within 4 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
